on any single item above this the rate reduces to 13.50%
above $500 the rate reduces again to 10%
over $5000 the rate is 5.5%

Our auction area is protected by CCTV with 24 hrs recording, 7 cameras
monitoring day and night. Our building is fitted with a state of the art monitored alarm system.
